This weekend there are 3 opportunities to experience unforgettable dance. Evidence, A Dance Company, Garth Fagan Dance, and Deeply Rooted Dance Theater are all presenting works in New York and all are not to be missed!
Deeply Rooted Dance Theater Presents - GENERATIONS
Generations underscores the company's impact on dance and highlights the work of artists who have been part of the company's continuum. These artists include emerging choreographers mentored by experienced artistic leaders in the process of discovering their voices; established choreographers who have gained recognition and national and international acclaim; and legendary choreographers who have created a body of groundbreaking work and, as master teachers and choreographers, have trained and inspired others as well.

Ron Brown/Evidence, A Dance Company presents - ON EARTH TOGETHER
On Earth Together, Evidence’s celebrated work set to the music of Stevie Wonder, brings Brown’s signature humanity, grace and generosity to BRIC House. This newest iteration of the piece, developed while the company is in residence at BRIC House, will feature local community members of all ages sharing the stage with the company.

Garth Fagan Dance
For its 43rd season, Fagan’s revered company performs a season of premieres and revivals, featuring two world premieres, one by Garth Fagan and one by long-time company member, the superb Norwood Pennewell. Also on the program-Lighthouse/Lightning Rod, performed to an original score by Wynton Marsalis with sets by acclaimed American artist Alison Saar.
